Our conference facilities on the ground floor and 5th floor offer various halls and multipurpose rooms for seminars, conferences, congresses, exhibitions, lectures, meetings, press conferences, gala dinners and social events.
The multi-purpose hall City on the ground floor of the hotel has daylight and extends over 430m2. It can be partitioned into three smaller halls. By positioning tables and chairs, we adapt to the customer, as good as it is possible. The central part of the hall has parquet, which is suitable for dances at gala dinners and social events. Each hall has a canvas and a projector. With the opening of the partition wall, the City multipurpose hall can be connected with the Bistro, where we prepare for our clients coffee breaks, cold and warm buffets for lunches and dinners, but we can also change the place into a dance floor. Both from the multi-purpose hall City and Bistro, it is possible to exit onto a small terrace.
On the 5th floor, with the City Tearsa restaurant, there are two conference rooms with daylight, which are slightly smaller, and together they can accommodate up to 90 people. It is possible to connect the halls with the opening of the partitioned wall to the restaurant, so that we can obtain a large space suitable for dining, dinner, or social event.
